Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from VOB Store Ltd.

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note:

  • Returned items must be in resalable condition.

  • Refunds apply to the product price only.

  • Shipping is free, therefore no shipping costs are refunded.
